Title: Forum & Realm Crash on 6/27 Need Help

What happened Last night the CCC Realm crashed ( I'm guessing) and the forum went down.  Now my friend  "Budwiser" (acct name)  cant join in any games and I dont see any new updates? 

Any Ideas what happened and how to get his character playable again?  Thanks for any help you can give. 

We dont know which server, and he forgot what game name was.
