I went to the download area, and all I see is this:

Where do I download 7.55 and up?

Maybe this might explain why you cant see the download files

login directly via http://chaosempire.info, then click on forum, tehn download..have fun

OK  thanks.  I missed the post about this change.  I have been out of town for 2 weeks and have not had time to catch up.  Again thakns.
