where do i find readme file... and what is the ancient diablo for something and where do i find him??

the readme file was installed with your ce, it also opened while installing ce ...

it's called readme.htm and you can find it in your diablo 2 folder

the ancient diablo you can find in the sinners cavern under the dungeons whcih you can find under nihlatak

in which lvl is ancient diablo?? in the dungeon??

he is in the sinners cavern, it's the last and 17th level of the dungeons and also called sinners cavern

btw there is an edit function you don't have to double post
