Title: CCC realm problem

Hi, my friend and i were playing in a game when the server crashed...we logged back on two hours later and the game still won't load the chars we were playing..but will load new/other characters...and now we get a sword/torch when are stamina gets low. We're wondering if there was some kind of update and our chars got corrupted somehow? Is there anything you can do to help us out?

The accounts/Chars were

budwiser/Bloodraven
and
godemperor/Skeletor

maybe he means the server sponsored by chaos energy
