how do u get tristam waypoint activated??

just like any other waypoint :)

you just have to find it, try searching during the night it's a lot easier to find if you see the blue glowing in the dark, because it's really well hidden :)

its in the upper right corner, where 2 walls are crossing.
click in the middle^^
