I made a game to play in and I had gambled a couple of rings i was going to use and when i remade a new games into CGS they were gone and I noticed my Uber small chamr i got from another play who nicely gave me one was gone as well.
Character Duffman and is on Hardcore
is it just me or is more people haven this problem?

Your Char is too big in size. Diablo 2 has a built-in maximum size for the savegame of 8k.
When your char gets bigger it can´t be saved anymore.
Duffmann is listed on the http://chaosempire.eu/8k.txt where you can always see chars which are too big.
The only possible solution is to mule some stuff away (like gembags, oilbarrels, items in stash with many attributes etc) onto other characters (mules).
Editor's comments: the stuff lost is the last stuff added. This includes items, levels gained, skill points assigned, waypoints learned and just about everything. Avoid the 8K! What makes your character bigger faster is rare rings, jewels and necklaces, and small (e.g. belt) rares tempered and runeworded.
