What is this http://chaosempire.eu/8k.txt  and why is my guy on the list.

Because it shall warn you to lower your stash content. When the D2 tries to save the char and the file is bigger than 8k it will fail and you will loose some of your stuff.

You should create a mule char and eventually mule away the organs and gems etc. to prevent your char of breaking this limit.
