Well got my last issue taken care of, now trying to play open battle.net with some friends and am getting "Failed to join game" error, now i know we're both using the proper open ports, and what i hope is the correct version (7.66 SP3) all to no avail, were able to create but not join any games, tried searching and didn't get anything useful out of it

took the liberty of both me and my party updating to version 7.68 found on the chaosempire ftp still to no success with open or closed realm
what happens, when everybody does not have a sharedstash file in the save folder?
move it somewhjere else for testing, mostly that file causes tmeouts
I'm going to assume it's the file "_LOD_ChaosEmpireTradeStash.sss" as the rest of the files are my character names only

....okay... this is quite odd, i moved the file out of there, and now i'm getting the error "Unable to verify version" when i try and log into realm or open (but for the sake of trying i switched to normal D2 and it worked perfectly) (i also moved the file back and am getting the same error still) what the hell did i do?

Okay well i fixed my application error, was running wrong realm, removed the sharestash on both, didn't help, what else can i try?
In which realm have you tried to log in?
Normal B-net won't work
Chaos Empire Free, i realize normal battle.net wont work with CE activated, i just made the mistake though of not switching back which was the cause of my last posted problem that i took care of, however running on Chaos Empire Free, with no sharedstash file, i still am getting Failed to join
