Ok im a noob to chaos empire im learning and well i have a 72 druid nad well i cant figure out how ot get to tristram and searching it is harsh..... Also I would liek ot know where I can pick up the word cave man and the real catacombs. any help here would be greatly appreciated. Figured Id modify this but do you guys see getting a us realm any time soon? I ahve done some research and it can be costy...... (How many people actually play the asia server anyways) just kidding i play asia and europe but the ping is horrendous lag deaths all time isnt fun. I must admit the servers have been acting pretty smooth since earlier this week though. Only really been playing a week though. Thanx for all your input and the mod is great. I jsut hate the lag spikes and extreme ping jumps for me :BangHead:

It isn't going to happen. US Law and German law are different, this allows the German site to exist. A server in the US would prompt a Blizzard software patent suit. So we play Europe, and live with the lag.
There are several reasons we encourage donations to the ChaosEmpire effort, the fact that killing lag costs money is one of them.

but...canada has other law...and better ping..so canadians..rent a pocher..aeh server

Thnx guys maybe there will be enough funds soon to get a cnada server? That would be cool. Hope slightly less lag on that. I plan on starting ot donate when i make a bit more money. kinda short funded at the moment

if there are stable dsl 24h connections with good ping/upstream..and less frequent traffic on them...why not using such a "home" server..
for europe, we wont use them, until there is no main root server any longer
but asia works only with home servers..
