Title: 7.65 and LOD 1.11?
Post by: TomFulton53 on January 29, 2006, 11:23:41 pm
I just  downloaded the new 7.65 patch and noted in the instructions that we have to de-install the previous version.  When we install the new patch, will we still be able to access regular LOD on Battle.net?  I don't want to install it if I can't still access my existing LOD online accounts, or worse yet have to reinstall D2 to get at them.

nothing changed since the last version

you can still switch by using 2 installations of diablo 2

this information is incorrect

765 delivers an improved activator, so you can switch between any lod version up to 1.11b and CE

hm? i didnt get it...

what did "765 delivers an improved activator, so you can switch between any lod version up to 1.11b and CE" exactly mean?

is it possible to install 7.65 an a fully patched 1.11b lod or is 1.10 still needed? if its still 1.10 how can i get the 1.11b patch installed to switch between both? cant find anything in the news, and i want to be sure i wont mess up my current installation

use your d2 lod 111b install ce, activate it, and have fn with ce, deactivate it and have fun with your lod 1.07 up to 1.11b (what ever has been instaleld before)
