A little help guys, im stuck in the outter steppes right after killing izual.  I cant seem to find a way out.  Do i need to make the cow portal and if i do where do i get the black key.

You can get the black key from Damien. he is in akt3 flayer jungle in flayer dungeons near the flayer jungle wp.

Welcome to the jungle and try to find Partys, it will make things much easyer ;)

The Outer Steps leads to the Plains of Despair where you will find Azul.  Take note of the stairway from the Steps to the Plains, as there is another one from the Plains to the City of the Dammed, its easy to miss.  When you find the WP for the City of the Dammed, right near it is a red crack in the ground.  This is actuall a doorway to the River of Flames.
The River of Flames WP is Just before the Angel leading to the Chaos santuary.  Your chest is just above this WP.

As posted above, party when you explore, its more fun, more xp, and easier to find the secrets, and a hell of alot more fun.  Solo play is for single player mode.    :thumbup:

Although not new to diablo II, i am new to this mod so im not playing online yet.
Btw can anyone guide me to where the clone is.  The readme says lava caves but i cant find the caves.  Please help.

the lava caves are the areas in act 5, where the red portals lead to. they look like act 4.
so abbadon in the frigid highlands, ähm... the other ones in the arreat plateau and in the frozen tundra.

by the way...damien not in the flayer dungeon.....he is in the swampy pit  :sword_rune:
