Ich habe ein Problem mitn Gateway editor:
Immer wenn ich in den gateway editor ein anderen server reinspeicher und dann über ihn spiel dann Löscht er die anderen die ich rein hab?
Was ist das Problem und wie kann ichs beheben

das heisst, du editierst einen nicht battle net/chaosempire server zusätzlich in die liste
spielst dort, und danach sind die ce server weg?

Soviel ich weiß empfängt der Client beim Verbinden zum Realm eine Serverliste, entweder vom Server selbst oder von exodus.battle.net ; da diese Liste Deine Server nicht enthält sind sie danach wieder weg. Eigentlich solltest du aber die Liste vom CE Server erhalten...

I`m not so good at German :oops:
If CE is installed and running correctly in SP, look for the CE Server in the Gateway list (where you select USEAST, USWEST etc.). If it's not there, download this file: ftp://chaosempire.eu/Realm_related/ceRealm.reg and merge it to the registry (while Diablo II is closed).
-Register here in the forum
-Make an inhabitant post
-Read the Terms of service (TOS)
-Log in to CE Server
-Select correct Realm (Asia is wrong for most ppl)
-Create account (same name like forum name)
-Create characters
-Have fun
-Consider donating
Did I forget something?

It`s half done, I already have registered and updated registry.
BTW, fix your link to register file.

I`m having serious problems, can anyone tell me in details which settings I should tweak in the registry to log on to CCC and play? For every gateway I use there is "Querying Gateway", then "UNABLE TO CONNECT...bla-bla-bla.."
What is "Aux Battle.net" parameter? (It must be an IP)
Help greatly appreciated.

doubleclick the cerealm.reg in your d2 folder, thats all

It`s content seems not enough for me to connect, can you tell IPs of the servers?
Don`t think that I don`t know how to edit reg files/how register works, please.

all needed information will automatically imported by double clicking the file
ceRealm.reg
in your d2 folder
open it with notepad to get all content

Ein Freund von mir hat das selbe Problem - er spielt aus Polen
Er hat die richtigen Gateways, aber er bekommt immer "Querying Gateway" - er hat 1:1 die selbe Installation wie ich mit den selben dateien (andere cd codes natürlich) ... selben patches ... selbe CE Version - bei mir läufts bei ihm nicht
Zusatz: Registry Einträge sind gleich was die Gateways angeht - 1:1 ident ... Kann es sein dass hier bestimmte IPs geblockt werden?

nein, es werden keine ips geblockt, evtl ist seine firewall das problem
