1.: you first should make a inhabitant post.
2.: why are you asking in english when you can't really speak english? (or when you're not good at english)
3.: use the search funkition then you will find some threads which have been created by persons who had the same "problem", read  one of those thread and you will know what you have to do
4.: this is not an area in the forum where you should post when you have a problem, if you cant speak german then you should post in the international support area, if you can speak german you should post in the german support area

Woah here dude!  This is the INTERNATIONAL area, not ENGLISH area.
What would happen if he posted in Portuguese, Swahili, Latvian, or Korean?
