Does Duriel doll and 3 bought items still make K Will 4 act3?

ya i did but its not there, i have heard that it still works but i can't do it

its duriel doll + 3 elexiers (which ones which gives 500 exp)

but make not the mistake which i did and make the fail in norm game and you need it in hell/chaos
