Act3 merc question

I have read that if you get an act3 merc in hell or chaos difficulty they get more skills. Is this true? my merc from normal already has inferno, fireball, meteor, and the one fire skill Diablo has. So will a merc from hell or chaos be any better or possible will their resist be better?

in which difficulty you hire your a3 merc doesn't affect his skills imho... just his own level

at about 85 they get the pala elemental damage auras btw

The Resis will be better yes.
The amount of Resis a Merc has increases with every Level.

but when a merc lvl the skill of this merc are better??? like a lightning at 3 merc when he lvl up his chain lightning do more dmg???

Yes the Skills will do more Dam afaik.
