What do I download?

In the download section what do I need to download to install and play CE online?

you need to install version 7.55, activate it, then download 7.60c and unzip the files into your diablo directory (overwrite!!)

if you start d2 then you should be able to choose ccc as realm

I unzipped them and it doesn't open D2, gives me error report.

also says the disk isn't in.

Was I supposed to activate it by doing something? I just opened it.

when I downloaded 7.55 it just came out as a download.php; i put it in my diablo 2 folder, is that right?

not at all...

7.55 is an *.exe file with 80mb or something... you got it totally wrong

but i don't know how to fix that now... gotta ask someone else

ok its all right cept now i'm failing to join all the games.

this mod does only work with diablo lod patch 1.10

it is not compatible with the new patch 1.11 from blizzard

if you cannot join or create games, it might be neccessary to open port 7600 of your router (don't know, if its the same word as in german. i mean a box, which you use to connect to the internet i.e. if you have more than two computer at home).

ok it's all set up now i need to activate. it just tells me 'missing file: anticheat.dll' when i try to activate it . i have it in like every folder. any idea?

ok I think my last problem is when I install 60 it says cannot find chaosempire.ce when i try to activate it.

I have a chaos empire.ce its in the diablo 2 folder....

you have to activate 7.55 BEFORE you update... as i wrote before...

K thanks everyone I got it straightened out. Somebody should just make the ReadMe idiot proof and my other problem was I had other mods installed so it jacked everything up. But I got it working thanks!
