It dropped from the Ancient Diablo,which should drop the black key ,but not.If anyone know how to use it please tell me.Thank you very much.

Its seems that he got one and don´t know how to use. ;)

Btw. you use it when clicking on it like on a bodypart to transform.

of course it can only be dropped in hell (is it come get some atm? i don't really know^^)

He means the difficulty "come get some" which is the "hell" difficulty :)

normal - piece of cake (or just poc)
nightmare - let´s rock (or just lr)
hell - come get some (or just cgs)

Since I don't do Duke Nuk'em or anything like that, the three titles could as well have been

Tofu
Cocaine
Plutonium

The question re-stated: Can the Finger-GubbelGubbel drop in NM/alp/lr, and if so from what monsters?  In Hell/Chaos/cgs, what monsters can drop the GubbelGubbel?

Other question: is there a nose-GubbelGubbel, or a guitar-GubbelGubbel?

Btw, you should keep such exp stuff for level 98/99 or for a new char on level 1. Using it on another level would be waste :)
