How do I make a crafted HotO?

I heard that a crafted HotO is very good, but I don't know how to craft one so that it's very good. All the guides are in german :(

Anyone know?

Craft - Nef,Ko,Ral,Io (Flail)
Hoto - Ko,Vex,Pul,Thul

 Please now already excuse my bad English.  thus:  you must cuben one magic flail, before you do runes inside, only cube:

the recipes is: a magic flail + nef + ko + ral + Io

if you must make and transform into the cube, then come the following states:

2 to all skill, 25-68 % ed (dam), 1-10% ias

with this prescription, exists 25% a chance this states to receive.




if that is created, then you make the following pure rw :

7) HEART OF THE OAK (4 Sockets)
Runes : Ko + Vex + Pul + Thul
Level : 55
Mods  : +3 All Skill
       40% Faster Cast Rate
       75% Damage to Demons
       +100 Attack Rating vs. Demons
       3 - 14 Cold Damage
       7% Mana Leech
       10 Dexterity
       Replenish Life +20
       Increased Maximum Mana 15%
       30% - 40% All Resistances
       25 Charges of Level 4 Oak Sage
       60 Charges of Level 14  Raven.


ps: no tempering with this item.

Hoto only gives +2 allskills now?
Is that what u wanted to say with 'no longer altogether 5 skills, but only 4'?

And the craft result should have 0-2 skills or is it changed too?

there shouldn't have changed anything about that i have no idea what eyeliner means by only 4 skills...
