Depends on IAS, u have to reach best Speed with the Weapon.
If u only look on dmg Broken Promise is best.

broken promise :) if u get an annilus with about 5 to experiance  then it will more or less cancel out the -experance on the broken promise :)    although there are uniques such as grandmasters glory

well, my ebotdz so far in in the 200-1246 dmg and its workin good so far....thing is when i looked at broken promise, i didnt understand the meanin of time for crush and blow.. could you explain to me what that means?

It depends on the night and day change in Game.
At night the CB becomes more.

time?    is that the increase during daytime or night thing?          if so when the game ( diablo 2 )  is at night the crushng blow will go up if u have ever played baldurs gate ul get the idea :)
