IMPORTANT!!! Faked password mails with virus attached

Hi All,

I got an eMail...ok..I get many per day :)
But this one, tries to be one from me to myself...

First

sender is admin@chaosempire.net there is NO sender in the whole chaosempire!!!

Second

If you get an eMail with an anttachement called: account-password.zip
DELETE the message!
(I opened the ZIP and winrar shows the contained txt as an EXE icon, so I used a hex editor to see, that it is a dialer or similiar with wrong extension)

Here is the mail content:

The original sending server has been:
Received: from chaosempire.net (cm73-253.liwest.at [212.241.73.253])
ChaosEmpire.net is not located in austria...

schlimm, einfach nru schlimm, wie kann amn auf solche ideen kommen...

ich würd versuchen ne anzeige bei der polizei zu machen.

die polizei interessiert sowas doch net, viel zu unwichtig und auserdem is es ja i-net, da machen die fast nie was.

@ Chaos: ich würd des vllt noch an nen ort setzten wo es wirklich jeder liest, weil ich weis net ob alle in des forum hier keinschaun

da müssen leuddz leider wiedermal viel langeweile haben.


@ chaos:

würde das ganze auch in den tos, über den registriebutton platzieren, denn neue mitglieder, lesen sich als erstes das (hoffetl.) intensiv durch.


habe mich kurz belesen: falls du etwas unternehmen möchtest, geht das über das BKA (zentrale für internetkrimminalität), oder beim zuständigen LKA.
