WOL Support added

Today I upped Frontend to actual CVS version

Main feature: Westwood online Support

part of readme:
 -- initial support (HURRAY!!); almost complete Tiberian Sun (TA) support,
 basic Red Alert 2 (RA2) and Yuri's Revenge (YR) support

Probably some users own Tiberian Sun and can test if it really works!

One important thing: WOL only supports Nicknames up to 9 letters
