where to find some basic information

I am so new that as I read the posts I feel very stupid. I am new to the game.  Where can I go to find information That I can understand. I need to know where to go to find out things like -- what are all the toys for? Whyat are the mystry scrolls for - what are the 3 scrolls that you have in beginning used for. I love this chaos mod.  How do I find the online game seems like it is like the battlenet game?  Please and thank you in advance. I read that some are on the webpage but still cannot find... please give me a link anything will help.

i dont know if they still want you use this site or not  but I found it extermly useful  when i first started off on CE
