sinners cavern

i was doing a dungeon and i got to sinners cavern and in that level there was a portal.  when i try to enter it, it closes and comes back in. does anyone know what this is? I cant enter it so i dont know if it's a bug or something.

It was merely an unlucky, yet polite way to say "The portal is entirely useless.".

Over time here you'll find other 'strange expressions' that are a result of people (e.g. Drow Elf) who are German, trying to speak a weird and twisted language (English).  So: 'until now' means 'yet' or 'at this time'.

reads (as also stated by LordFrost) "This portal hasn't any function at this time".  Another similar item is the Mysterious Scroll.  It's only function is to disappear when right-clicked. Keep asking and learning.

nope, mysterious scrolls had had a function. there were hitns on it, for example wich oil raises which attributes. they were taken otu a few versions ago but there is a bug that they drop now.

mysterious scrolls also sell for 499 gold, so pick them up and get rich :-))
