No Name Level in the Blood Moor

This has happened several times now.  When I have a new character I'm starting and I kill those Giant Porcupine things   ( Bear something or other) occansionally the screen flashes like when opening the portal to tristan.  The new portal say   No Name Level.  I enter it and get my butt kicked.  However sometime i survive long enough to see these WARCRAFT dudes standing in a circle.   WHat are they for?

I've tried cubing things there with the hell forges dolls, black keys, runes , gems   all kinds of  combos  but I have been unable to determine what it's for , other then just another level to gain exp in.

Has anyone else had this happen to them or know anything about it?

its not a bug its a featur :)

its a nice place to collect exp for ur chars, but not before clvl 35 :)

is there a method to open it - or does it just open by chance

as far as i know it opens only when you kill one of those quill bears, but not every time :)

Yeah the quill Bears will tigger it.  Sometime 2 or 3 times in one game  all with there own portal.  There is also a waypoint  there but it's not hooked up as far as I can tell.  I seem to do okay with level 30 characters and have never had the game crash there.  (I've heard some people claim it gives something like a CE0008 error or something like that)  Anyway it's huge and Zons with a  Multishot work great there :punk:

I came across that portal on the very first kill of a friends game (I got them their first level, so they could just watch what it was like to start off).  Needless to say that was before reading this topic!!  LOL  One hit and I was a corpse.
