764update and saved characters

I have tried to use the the 7.64 update,,,

When I try to lo9ad a saved character from 7.63 ver I get error message.

    Bad saved game, or inventory,,

IS ANYONE ELSE HAVING A PROBLEM???

i'm downloading a second copy of the update to try again...

If you have a old teddy in your inventory, it can come to this error.

Solution:
Open your chars in the Version 7.63 and lay the teddy´s on the ground
Repeat with next char
then update to 7.64
Now you can easily make new teddys for your chars (the needed horadrim rolls can you get from a new char - who put them in the shared stash).

the issue is

older teddy have shown stats which now are shown via character stats pages (from plugy)
but holder teddies have still the property on the item, newer not...
and when i overwrite those limited lines with new values..your teddy gets unknown stats..this brakes the game...

and the property file is limited to 511.,..
currently morphamus from old version will work in 764l
but you cant generate new one in 764
in future version i think in need the fields of morph amus..to prevent again realm issues(and sp) i disabled morph amus completly..

I just played last night, ladder, and met a morph ammy (of Chimera) so I'm guessing they can still be made.

ok..so i need to make a new version, and hopefully everyone will wipe them..or
i let them in..and whenever i need some lines(3 are spare)...i make a ladder reset

Well I did it, got ride of all the old teddies...

Lots of charactors to clean up after and spare  teddies in stash.

Lets not talk of messing with morphed amy now  :s513:

ps;  Easy way to do this is to just re update with 7.63 ver and clean up the mess. Be sure to clean the stashes too. OF THE TEDDIES>>

The re update with 7.64 to see if you got them all. If you miss one in stash, none of the charactors will load.

@bdpf: The shared stash loads for each and every (that means all) characters, so if anything it the shared stass is hosed, all characters are just as hosed.

@Chaos:  7.65 will be soon enough (my opinion).  While we're at the job of noticing "unusual things", the "gem plus plain white item" cube recipes seem to never work; if they're taking up limited space I'd suggest dumping them.  Yes it would be nice to take a plain white breatplate and cube a ruby on it for life, then socket it, then put in sapphire chips, and give it to a starting mage, but we have other ways of boosting characters via tempering.

Ah Webwaker or "WEBBY" since I just do SP, the shared stash is everyones stash.

The normal stash is a big mess of goodies and the HC stash somewhat sorted which I use for both normal and HC.

I have charactors from way back in the d2 lod games, mods and from the time I started CE.

I is a collector of stuff.. HC is harder to collect set items for some reason. Maybe just me though.  :s513:
