Need Help! Cant Join Games.

My friend needs help. I set up the mod for him.
He cannot join or create games.
On battle.net or single player.
Any idea what is wrong?

actually i already looked there and there was nothing that seemed remotely like the error message.
i think ill just have him unistall CE and diablo and reinstall them agian.
maybe that will work.
