not working activator...

the file exist!!!

More details on your problem would be very helpful.

I think you try to activate the version 7.57. This is a update to version 7.55 and before updating you must not deactivate.

Installation CE version 7.55
Activate 7.55
Copy files from the update into your diablo2 folder
Have fun

seems that you installed over a not deactivated version

run repair.bat in org110 folder then install ce again

Hey, I had this exact same problem.
What i did was UNINSTALL DIABLO then INSTALLED DIABLO.
It worked after that and i am playing on the CCC realm.
It is extremely fun.
