CE and D2Mod

I'm kinda new to this mod. I used D2Mod to run other mods in D2. Is it possible to run CE via D2Mod (mod in separate dir, configure via plugy.ini)? I'don't see plugy.ini in D2 dir though CE uses plugy.dll...  :wallbash:

the only way to start CE is by installing it and activating it

but you can just deactivate it any time you want to and play normal lod then...
