CE 7.55/6 and Glide2OpenGL Wrapper

I'm unable to run CE with wrapper. When I click on shortcut, I see spinnig disk for several seconds and then nothing. With deactivated CE I can run LOD with wrapper without any problems. The only way to run CE is by setting Direct3D or Direct2D in VidTest. I tried fresh reinstall of D2 and CE but it didn't help. Is it a bug or wrapper is no longer supported?
