Chimera: go to Horragath, go to where the Barb is cooking over the rotisserie, and run your mouse over the building doors in a manner similar to finding the way to the PVP area or the Secret Passage from the Rogue's Camp.

Damien: Swampy Pit is the place. (not Flayer Dungeon, which has a similar entry and interior decor).

Sure you can.
Try to weaken chimera untill she teleports away. If you're lucky, she teleports outside the small, temple-entrance-like area into the open, where she drops items, when killed, because of the teleport, you cannot "lock" her in the open but you have to kill her in time. ;)

I suppose i can post a screenshot with a chimera drop, if you dont believe me. :P

U can also try to stun her (if u r able to, e.g. with a crybarb).
That should be the easiest and savest way to kill her AND get the drop, because she(?) is unable to move and/or attack.

Tophead:
she can drop BOW's too.
