upgrading 7.50 to 7.51

I'm just wondering if it is possible for one person who has 7.51 to play tcp/ip with others using 7.50. And does upgrading to 7.51 mean that u lose all ur chars/shared stash etc. Also, do u have to delete the DATA file, or something like that i have heard before upgrading to 7.51?

You can use your chars and shared stash from version 7.50 in version 7.51. But the doll stashs had a bug and must be thrown away before upgrading to the 7.51.

You can start a new doll stash in 7.51 its now bugfree.

If you have a data directory in your diablo2 directory of a old version befor 7.50 then you have to delete this. But if version 7.50 was working i think there can´t be old files in this directory.

I havn´t tried before but i think a tcp/ip game with version 7.50 to 7.51 will not work in the right ways.
