Help Installing

Hey. I don't consider myself really that inexperienced in installing stuff. I don't just press the buttons, I do what they say, etc. I can install the base .exe fine, but when  I try and upgrade (after deactivating and deleting data folder) it tells me a file is missing. I'm not sure what I did wrong?

EDIT: Scratch that. I reinstalled DII and DII LOD, got the patch again, then tried this all over again with a friend's help and it worked. Now I'm having issues making an account. Everything I try it tells me it has already been taken. Comments?

EDIT x2: I'm a tard. I knew I had read somewhere about having to create ur accounts on here. All is well. =) I'll see you at the level 100's ^_~
