Do you read web page in English?Nevermind that: different browsers DO show different results.FireFox (my usual browser) shows the error; Bing (almost never used) shows the correct text.

About the RW. I can't see an error. Maybe only lost data by transfer.

New runes (CE, LOL, etc) show identical effect of "30 to ERROR,  ,  ,  ,  "
In game, ones I have say "+30 to attack" so I understand they have no effect on a caster's items?
