Rune Skills with Teddy

I've read the whole documentation 7.51 & didn'd find this recipies. Tell me some words about it plz.  

Industriebrot:
The skills for the teddy do not exist any longer, because they were too unbalanced. They are replaced with the doll stash, where puppets can be inserted to get skills.

Teddy skills was removed in 7.49+. Teddy has only +1 to all skills and 2*lvl mf now.

Industriebrot , dolls can be inserted into sockets? Hmm...
And about valuable elixir. Is it a bug with price or not? (when gambling)
