Or that your chara is lvl 20, but lvl 18 now, caus of a rollback/server crash?

i think he has 20 characters on his account, but as in ccc news stated, only 18 will be possible any longer

he can't really have 18 chars i think he just didn't understand the news right... he just put a post in the inhabitant thread some days ago so having 20 chars in some days isn't really possible...
