Help I am stuck in a game

Last night I joined a game with my Barb, 'Shout' and after awhile the game stopped.  All of the mobs froze and I couldnt open a portal.  There were 2 other people in the game.  I couldn't talk to them so I left the game in the normal way.  When I tried to log back on I was instantly disconnected.
I had my husband log on with his computer and his character.  The game was still going with me and the other 2 people still listed as playing.  When my husband did a whereis on them, it listed one offline, and me and the other player in that game, which we were not.

MY husband stayed online and gambled for 3 hours, during which time 'Shout' was still listed as onlline in that game.

Over night this was resolved.

Today I started a game called 'Alp Exp'( I think server 1) and the game got out of sync and I couldn't open a portal so I exited the game in the normal way.  Now I am listed as still playing in that game, which ties up my cd key and I can't log onto my account.  This seems to take several hours to resolve unless someone with the power to reset or stop the game, does so.  

Is this a know bug or what?   I am using Winxp if that matters.

Please help as I can't play if the server thinks I am already playing.

As of the time of this post, I am still stuck in the game

the server is stuck. just write a post into the "der ccc-klemmt thread" with the server and : stuck!

a admin will restart the server on as soon as possible
