all the recipes i can remember:

cube with self (start with unidentified teddy) ->add poison dmg, till 2042dmg
cube with horadrim scroll -> +1skill
cube with starter set gloves -> +2skills (doesnt work with teddy that has +1skill already)
cube with crafted charm -> +1skill, def/vita/resists per lvl (doesnt work with teddy that already has +skills, crafted charm only in sp cheat package)
cube with hfq dolls -> add specific skills

After making a few Fool sets by using different items, I have determined that most crafted items, Wert's leg and the Horadric staff will make 2 skill Teddies.

Still have not cube self. <grin>

Cubed a Teddy Bear, by it's self!

Got 10 to poison over 20 seconds, nice. Cubed the Teddy a few more times. The youngsters would say awesome!

Snuffy's Shared Stash infested with Teddy Bears as they multiply like tribbles of Star Trek fame.

FYI:
Cube a a raw / new Teddy charm, alone, by it's self, multiple times = poison damage over 20 seconds, to a max of 2042.

Now cube with a crafted item. I have used crafted charm from single play starter cheat. You get assorted stat perks and only one skill point. The crafted charm is
altered with new stats.

Cubing the now deadly Teddy Bear with a Hell Forage doll = a skill determined by which doll used see item list and one experience point. You can repeat for a total of three times for three extra skills and three experience points.

"Now what do I do with fifty or so Teddy Bears?"

"Do I delete the barb, I used to get the raw Teddy Bear charms?"

"Questions, questions, always questions."

only in single player you can cheat yourself by adding more teddies to character, as by desing..
cause of the issue with the shared stash
maybe you can try to play with tedy skills only :P
