Failed to join game

if i try to join or create a game then it says "Failed to join game".What shuld i do?

check if you have latest version 750 installed and activated(look into credits)

check if your firewall has port 7500 open

I got ver 750 and i got port open but still it says "Failed To join game".

is game activated?
