First im new here and I tried to read the post, but I can't understand them.    Ok my questions are do the runewords work in this mode, are there any new runewords, and  whats with the dolls, the doll box, and the mysterious scroll. I'll be grateful if you answer me

First of all: Welcome to the mod and the forum!

Now for ypur questions:

If you look to the bottom of the forum index you'll find a subforum called "International Support". There you'll find threads in English that deal with a lot of starting questions.
One is about the doll stash another one about the mysterious scrolls.
There are no CE-specific runewords. But all runewords from LoD 1.10 ladder also work in CE, including the 23 new ones, provided you have the most recent version (7.49f). Runewords work in normal, magical, rare and crafted items.
