i just started playing on this realm yesterday but when i get into a game with other players and they make a portal i cant go into there portals. i am partied with them but it just keeps saying i cant. did i load the game wrong or something?

No, you did nothing wrong. It's just that in CE tp's to some areas are blocked if they're not yours. You could call it some kind of rushing prevention set up in CE.

(You can use some of the tps after you got the wp for this area, if i'm not mistaken)

in order to take another's portal .. you need to have done the quest(s) at least up to that location (of TP)

so there is no way that you can get rushed? and where do you level at from 30 up its in german so i cant understand it, also where do you get the king is dead word?

(sorry if i ask a lot of questions) is it possible for a lvl 33 sin to do these cow thingys? i do 24k inferno dam from my trap but i have very weak gear. also how do u get certain set parts like the armor for the 4 season set, the armor that i need does not appear when u try to gamble is there a certain level that u need to be in order to get most of these sets?

For level33 clear out act5 at 37-38 clear "way to hell" you'll be 45/50 in no time.
For gambling try to be the items level or higher for better chances, MF might help...im sure it dose..GL~

MF does not effect gambling in any way!

The ancient armor has an item lvl of 40, so you have to be lvl36 at least or higher for gambling or monster lvl of 40 or higher for dropping.

In principle, you can do the cow level with this level. However, you either will need someone to give you the wp to the cow level or you get there while doing the cain quest after killing baal.
