Making games locking up

Hey guys im long time player trying to make a game and keep getting frozen.  I can join already made games but can not create new ones.

Any one know whats happening

and with my assassin I get a D2 error

CE mid for 7.51
CE old for 7.16

I was having a problem with my 93 pala and a friend's 95 sorc, cgs baal.  We both froze. What happened was neither of us that had a character that completed LR could make a cgs game or join one! Our POC and LR characters no problem .... until the server was reset.  We have been experiencing lag more than usual.
