Best level to get most exp where?

I've been leveling up and i notice the exp is different in different places, and not necessarily best to kill mobs a high as possible, i am level 30 atm and in act5, where should i be and could anyone complete the table below.


Act1 - level range* = 1 to ?
Act2 - level range = ? to ?
Act3 - level range = ? to ?
Act4 - level range = ? to ?
Act5 - level range = ? to ?

*For highest exp.

Take a look at the monsterlvl in the different places. Take an item a monster dropped and look at the itemlvl. Itemlvl = Monsterlvl. The Monsterlvl should be your lvl +- 5 lvl for best exp. You cant say this and that akt is best for exp at a specific lvl.
With lvl 30 you can make great exp in schinderdschungel, kurast, akt 4, or begin akt5. Just keep an eye on the monsterlvl.

After level 85 is the +- level gap greater?

After Level 85 there is no experience restriction because of the difference between your level and the monster level. Otherwise you would hardly get exp in CGS because the monsters there are higher than level 100.
