Problems installing 769.exe

First of all I have to say I missed deactivating the mod before installing the new version..
so I decided to delete the *.ce and *.org Files and download the Fixpack
Battle-Net seems to work, but installing CE kept me with another problem
 I tried to copy the install file but I double clicked to fast

Long story short, I received following message ->
[ger] "Zugriffsverletzung bei Adresse 7C93AE22 in Modul 'ntdll.dll' Lesen von Adresse 41504D4F."
[eng] "Access violation blabla.."

Even 767.exe returns the same msg

Any thoughts that will help me?
 except
- reinstall D2
- Defrag

But still CE seems to be activated ...

If it seems to be activated there must be some org /ce files left

State of art : CE deactivated successfully, renaming some files in *.org and vice versa -

So I installed again, - Activate CE -  with success

But now "some files have been modified" starting D2 (how? i just installed new - with no ancient files left)
[Corrupted File: ChaosEmpire.mpq]

ChaosEmpire:
maybe a fault in the package
try to overwrite with the 769 upd package
(in activated mode)

I have had the same idea, but again the 'Access Violation' occurs (using 767.exe)

I'll try RegCleaner again, or delete the files manually
