Can't finish Baal, teleporting in throne room

Every time I go to complete normal when I enter Baal's throne room it will not let me past certain points. It just repeatedly teleports me back to where I entered. This is quite a problem since I can not move onto nightmare(LR).

Any help is greatly appreciated.

What are you saying? Works with Vista (with a few obstacles though).
