i notice that all boss's in cgs drop Soulstones on first quest kill, yet duriel never dose...known issue?

Yes its known and the drop will be changed in next version as it seems now. There will be no SS garanteed drop anymore.

Is there any what to get a Duriel soulstone?   Do they drop 'randomly' anywhere?

yes they still drop randomly

no ladder reset w/ new patch right >_O? dont wanna put time into zssn if just going nl to b useless >_<
