Can't start the game

Hello all.
I installed CE mod 767, activated it, installed 768. Tried to run it, but there was only a browser window. Then I placed new dll, which removes browser opening. Now when I click on the game starting icon, nothing happens. What is the solution?

Do you use Vista?  Disable the UAC (what ever tis is)

Other software open (Winamp, Mplayer, Browser ...) maybe the AntiCheat will catch you, close the other software.

Any kind of a Loader or so on. (delete them and use a orgional CD)

Thanks a lot. I manage to start it. But when I entered the realm, I found it empty and could not create the game.
