Found a way to cheat in CE; who should I report to prevent online cheating?

I want to help rooting cheaters out, and I search for different ways to cheat. Then I tell the modmakers about it, and they prevent the method if they can. Now, I found very easy method to cheat on CE. Who should I report about this? Who is the Big Boss behind CE:s coding?
