Server Lag / Disconnection Issues
(1/1)
VladSnakeDragon:
Okay, finally got on the CE server, but, its giving me the shits
I constantly get disconnected (Usually upon Level up, few seconds after), and there is a major amount of lag. I mean, with my ADSL2 at 512k, I can play fine on the blizzard servers (using a seperate / backup umodded install), but with CE there just MASSIVE lag
Im just curious if its just me, or if its me being in Australia, or if its the server acting up
ChaosEmpire:
you are from australia?
if so, i have heared month ago from another australian player same issues...
the connections from australia to europe are not the very fastest and stablest, as i remember
CE server are located in frankfurt, germany the biggest internet connection area of germany, so if there are connection issues, the only way is to open an australian realm
if you have a 24hour online windows machine, and you find some other interested players it will be a solution for you
thats the reason why korea has its own realm, dont know if this is a better solution for you instead connecting to europe realm of ce
