Hello Julia

Julia makes many announcements of interest to all people.

Perhaps, a Julia board could be made that has the messages being sent out "today".

This would help me because my eyesight is not good, and my memory is worse, so, seeing a green URL zip by on the top of the screen will certainly not get me to the page of interest!

Is Julia single?  If so, I am also! When does she get off work?
