2 questions from a Real Necromancer (dead pun intended)

1: Are these recipes still accurate for 7.67?  There is no direct access from killing Baal to killing Hell bovines?

2: How is this maze quest completed by a skelliemancer?  Skellies get stuck behind turns and soon disappear, and (the last several times I tried the maze) taking a TP to town (a method for re-gathering the army to one spot) after the King has been spawned causes the king to disappear?

1. No dirct way from baal to the moo moo farm (except in sp with the 'special charm' from the hc_ / sc_SPhelper char (cheat package))
U have to collect all the parts and cube the tp to the maze and after that the inifuss scroll to go to tristram. Kill grisworld and tp to moo moo farm (wp) opens up.

2. At my last try i was able to teleport between the walls in the maze, so u should be able to get ur army back to u.
Saw the king after ~30 mins, but i was unable to get to him... After ~2hrs i found the way and the king was still there. (Went several times back into town)
